My Physical State and My Invisible State
Our body is made up of many parts—our eyes, ears, nose, the organs inside our body, our arms, our legs, and every other part that works together as one. Together, they make up who we are physically.
If even one of these parts does not function properly, we experience discomfort, pain, or even disability. That is why we work hard to take care of our bodies. We take vitamins and health supplements, exercise at the gym or at home, and do many things to protect and strengthen our physical health.
However, there is another part of us that cannot be seen.
It is our surrounding environment.
The people around us, the things we use, and the situations we live in are all part of this invisible environment. Although we cannot see it as part of our body, it continuously influences us.
For example, if the tools or objects we use are defective or inappropriate, they can lead us to make mistakes, develop unhealthy habits, or even cause physical injury. If we are surrounded by negative people, we may experience stress, conflict, loneliness, or emotional pain. In some situations, people around us may even isolate or reject us.
These invisible influences affect us just as much as our physical body does.
Therefore, caring for ourselves does not only mean taking care of our physical body. It also means choosing a healthy environment, building good relationships, using the right tools, and creating surroundings that help us grow.
Just as we protect our physical body, we should also protect our invisible environment, because both work together to shape our health, our thoughts, and the direction of our lives.
A well-organized environment is like a healthy, well-trained body.
When our surroundings are clean, orderly, and positive, they create another important effect—they help us develop a healthy mind.
A healthy environment helps create a healthy person, and a healthy body supports a healthy mind. These three elements are not separate; they are deeply connected. Our mind, our body, and our environment constantly influence one another.
When our mind is hurting, our body often begins to suffer as well. Likewise, when our body is unhealthy, we often lose the motivation to organize and care for our surroundings. On the other hand, when our mind is cheerful and healthy, we naturally feel more energetic. We exercise more consistently, take better care of our physical health, and keep our environment clean and organized.
This is why it is so important to think ahead and make wise choices in our daily lives. By paying attention to our thoughts, our physical health, and the environment around us, we can create a positive cycle that strengthens every part of our lives.
Our mind, our body, and our environment are not independent of one another—they work together as one.
